1 nos zucchini,small cut into chunks desired shape
1 nos carrot,cut into chunks desired shape
2-3 nos lettuce leaves chopped
1 tbsp sichuan peppercorns,dry roasted and crushed
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp salt or as per taste
2 cups water -or as required
Directions
Take the chicken in a pan. Add the thinly sliced onion, salt, tomato puree,chilly flakesand saute it in a low heat for few mins.
Cover the pan with lid andlet the chicken cook in its own juice for around 5 mins.
Now pour enough water and continue to cook for another 10-15 mins.
Add the red chilly, chopped ginger, garlic, zuchini, carrot, green lettuce and the spring onion. Let it cook for 2-3 mins.
Now mix the rice flour in some water and pour into the chicken.
Stir continously for around 2 minsto prevent from forming lumps.
Now add the coarsely crushed sichuan pepper. Give a quick stir and take off the heat.
My Tip:I have used rice flour for more healthier reason, if not available you can use cornflour. You can add veggies of your choice and which is in season.
